Bought these from vikingfootwear.com the lace closure is great. Easy. It tightens up without any fuss and doesn’t start loosening every 10 minutes, even when my kid is stomping around in wet mud. Impressive. My kid can manage them without me having to stop and fix them constantly too. Such a simple thing, but it makes a huge difference. Happy.

Picked these up mainly for rainy walks, and ngl they’ve been good so far. I haven’t slipped on wet tiles or muddy paths yet, which is a big win. Only downside is they felt a little stiff for the first few days, but they’re starting to break in

I ordered these from Viking Footwear, and while they look decent enough, they felt heavier than I was expecting once I actually had them on. At first I thought maybe I’d get used to it, but after walking around for a while, I kept noticing the weight. They seem like they might hold up well, so there’s that, but for something I’d wear day to day, I was hoping they’d feel a little easier on my feet. The shoes looked nice when I got them, so I was hopeful, but the heel support just wasn’t there. My heels kept slipping, and after even a short walk they started feeling sore. i kind of regret not reading more reviews first.

These took forever to break in and my feet were hurting for weeks. I was annoyed and almost gave up on them. But then, out of nowhere, they finally started feeling decent. Still, that break-in period was not fun at all.

The tracking said the parcel was supposed to arrive one day, so I waited around, and then nothing showed up. When I contacted customer service, they just told me to wait, which didn’t make me feel any better since there wasn’t any clear explanation.

After several days of checking the tracking and wondering if the boots were even coming, they finally arrived much later than promised. The boots themselves seem okay, but the whole experience made me wary, and I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I tried to be patient and give them a chance, because sometimes shoes need a little breaking in, but it felt like I was being forced to wait around and hope they’d somehow get better. They didn’t. The shoes themselves are fine and I don’t really have any complaints there. My only issue was with customer service. I emailed about my order and didn’t hear back for a couple of days. They did eventually answer my question, so it worked out, but the delay felt avoidable. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not especially great either.

I really wanted to like these boots, but the traction just isn’t there when the ground gets wet. I slipped a couple times on pavement and also on this muddy path, which didn’t feel great. Other than that, they’re okay and feel decent enough, but for outdoor shoes I was expecting better grip. Not sure I’d get them again...

I bought these for wet walks, and for the most part they do the job. They keep most of the rain out, and the grip is good, really good, even on muddy paths, which I definitely appreciated.
That said, after a longer walk in heavy rain, my socks were a little damp around the toes. Not soaked, not ruined, just a bit disappointing for the price. I’d say they’re fine for normal rainy weather, just not something I’d fully trust in proper downpours

Got these from Viking Footwear. Thought they’d be solid for hiking. Especially around the ankles. But no. Not really.

After one longer walk, my ankle felt sore. Kind of loose and wobbly. The sides felt too soft. Tightened the laces too. Didn’t change much.

Maybe fine for easy flat trails. Nothing rough though. For the price, I expected better. Disappointed. Wouldn’t buy again

I bought these thinking they’d at least get me through a season, but the soles started wearing down and peeling after light use. I wasn’t hiking or doing anything tough in them, just normal everyday walking. The rest of the boot actually seems fine, which makes it even more frustrating, because once the soles go, they’re basically useless. For the price, it’s only fair to expect them to hold up longer than this. I wouldn’t buy them again.

i’m disappointed with these. I didn’t have them long before the stitching started coming loose, and the glue around the sole looks sloppy and not very strong. One side is already starting to peel a little too. For the price, I really expected better. They just feel like they were rushed or not put together very well, so I wouldn’t buy them again.
